I Am Alpha

it began like this

i'll meet you in the abandoned silo
take your hand and lead you
past the empty shop-room
and under the sodium vapor lamps
to
two buckets of latex
one
rose madder, and
one
cobalt blue

i'll pour cerulean over you
head to toe
and you pour on me
subdued anger

take my hand and lead me
to
a conveyor belt
stretched across the empty
and
you leap
onto an imbalanced beam
and
run the rollers

i
follow

there
after dismount
is a tank
of fresh cement

we
meet inside
the uniform pressure
and grit against the skin
wading to our chests

i tie your hands
with your braids
turn you and
take you
from behind
portland
sand
and water

i pull out
semen
and cement
then
pull you out

we shine

you are Terra
and i
Mars

  1. I enjoyed the sometimes shiny sometimes grainy details. The narrator dances like a shape-shifter, like some being who has mastered
the syntax of a foreign language but those thoughts are somehow shaped

    differently. It is, surprisingly, subdued,
and open and raised to the textured reading
    of each voyeur and voyeuse.

Forgive me if I make no sense.
This is how my comment ends.

  2. I meant to comment earlier. I had to read this several times. On my screen the colors come up neon, which literally makes me itch all over my problem not yours.

When I copied it into black and white I was disapointed in losing the color coding of the characters and concepts. drats.

this is a great industrial setting for profane lust and satisfaction there of. I've a couple of nits (I'll get some lice shampoo later today) I dunno if you want to hear them or not.

  3. Sex sealed in cement;

    how dirty it all seems.

    Love the colors.
